We had issues with the supplier of our laminates but Nik went above and beyond to help us. They’re also accommodating with scheduling and moving the furnitures which is a big help!

I would leave higher than a 5 star review if I could! Our experience with Builders was literally the most pleasant and gratifying process we've ever had with home renovation. The showroom is spacious and welcoming, Caleb (and every staff member) was super attentive and invested in helping us reach our desired outcome. Every single person that entered our home was courteous, clean, and professional. We replaced our entire floor from LVP to tile, all carpeted spaces got new carpet, primary bathroom shower remodel, new kitchen & bath counters, as well as a new kitchen backsplash. We took on so many projects that you'd think there'd be problems along the way—but honestly, everything went smoothly. Caleb was excellent at communication and keeping the schedule on track as well as keeping us informed of the plan, not to mention- we LOVE the results. I cannot say thank you enough to Builders & all their employees. We know who to call when any home projects arise in the future! :)
